HABITABLE
DESIGN / ARCHITECTURE / ARTAffordable Housing
“Social Housing for Young People” Cerro Muriano – Cordoba (2007)
AWARD: Second Prize
Functional beauty is the foundation of Japanese architecture, deeply rooted in nature. How do you bring the outside in while allowing the inhabitant to be both a part of and apart from nature? It is this tension we seek to explore.
We know how to implement spatial efficiency, multifunctionality, and openness, using solutions sensitive to the environment and the inhabitant's health. We bring elegance into your space thanks to an astute use of proportions and natural light.
Cities need “precise” homes that consume fewer resources and optimize space to the maximum.
64 different homes
A collective housing building to question the concepts of apartment building and social housing, with the aim to reinvent the concept of an “urban hybrid housing complex.”

Living Together in Container Homes
A luxurious experience with affordable construction, Haina, Dominican Republic (2022)
The entire project utilizes modular systems and prefabrication, making it economically wise and creating interactive boundaries. It is a flexible and adaptable system that can be built in phases according to the dweller’s needs as well as urban conditions.
